Jubilee ‘Elizabeth Sponge’ Cake Competition in Knaresborough

All are welcome to enter this fun, community competition. Cakes should be generally based on a traditional Victoria Sponge Cake but variations to the recipe (such as different fillings etc) are welcome to create an ‘Elizabeth Sponge’ to celebrate the Jubilee.
